Negativity

 

Insidious black thoughts poison,

Pillage and rape the mind confused

Blinding the feeble bleat of hope

Neutralizing each inspiring dream.

 

Deathlike darkness crowds

Worming with unhinged zeal

Making new found dreams

Hang in blackened effigy

 

Death to Inspiration

Drowned in pitiless quagmire

Of swirling mists of toxic thought

Darkness, reigns supreme
