Me Boyfriend's Coming' Sparkin

Sparkin' = courting dogs are barkin' = feet hurt. Incorect grammer and spelling is right in this one Just a bit of fun.................

 

Me Boyfriend’s Comin’ Sparkin’

 

I been on me feet all day today

And now me dogs are barkin’

I should be goin’ to bed tonight

But me boyfriend’s comin’ sparkin’

I wrapped me hair in an oily towel

Just to give it body and shine

Stuck two old tea bags on me eyes,

An’ scoffed ‘alf a bottle of wine.

 

I soaked in a bath of rose petals

While I finished the rest of me wine,

Now the room looks a little bit ‘azey

From the neck down, I’m feelin’ just fine.

Now it’s me ‘ead , what’s doin’ the reelin’

An’ me feet, well I guess they’re somewhere

An’ me boyfriend’s comin’ sparkin’

But now -- I’m – too—pished--- to care …..
