Ode to Vi

Vision of innocence i behold
Image of grace you naturally uphold
One glimpse and already i feel no cold
Like spring my affection starts to unfold
Your heart i wish i could hold

 

Radiant like the sun you give me light
Even in the darkest night there is moonlight
Lovelier than a summer rose in its right
I am mesmerized by the smile in my sight
My attention captivated and i sit tight
Beleive me this feeling i cannot fight
Only you can give dawn to my midnight

 

Visage of beauty unlike any other
Illustration of elegance like no other
One look is all it takes for me to gather
Listening to my heart and falling is a bother
Your heart and smile belongs to another

 

Reason dictates that I change my direction
Even now my heart refuses to see the connection
Listen, these words are my feeling's reflection
Intense and uncontainable like an infection
My heart aches i do not seek perfection
Between my heart and soul let this be my confession
Only you can say if i am worth your affection
