internal bleeding

blood is an interesting thing

it seems to represent pain

but if i dont bleed 

does that mean im not in pain

what if my cuts arent as deep

but are as numerous as the stars

what if my brain is bleeding thoughts 

that torment my soul to sleep

and what if sleep is my only escape from the 

darkness ive come to be

what if my cuts are just so deep that 

no one can even see

they arent visible at all because theyre internal
