BoundlessA Poem by Nyu
A glitch in the system is free of society and labels.
Joyfully do I consider myself this. For I am free And purely crafted of human flesh. I am nothing without my humanity, and in my conscious world my heart is the sun. Below the surface lies the unconscious world, darkened by shadows from the past. In the middle of all this sits the spirit, she embodies all of my pieces. Though I have an open mind, When I gaze up into the sky, I do not sense the divine radiance of heaven. I have never retained faith in god And have given the dull thing a try. To believe in something that was never experienced is too meaningless. Despising all forms of hierarchy, I would never imagine a “higher power.” All things occupy on one level Which is the earth. My home is in nature. In her I find originates all lifeforms And is born all beautiful truths. There is never an end to the possibilities nature has in store. In nature all is accepted, Death fuzes and recycles to bear life and thus a cycle reproduces in circular movement. Materialism is a lower force. All are slaves who are addicted to buying. They spend their life in pursuit of things that do not live and do not grow. Like a parasite does the notion of richness inhabit the human mind, Eating away all that lives. I try to not let my possessions possess me. For I know that worth shows not in numbers. Truth shows itself in the mind, In every awakened idea. In every face is a story. In every gaze, Bursts through the inner condition. I have met so many beautiful people And with them witnessed Life, Death and Transformation. © 2015 NyuAuthor's Note
