stuck

stuck

A Poem by jen
"

all about the block that plants itself between the thoughts in my head and the ability to write down what they are... even this poem is old.... :)

"

Peanut butter, honey and molasses
My thoughts cling to the roof of my mouth
Not always palatable, always just within reach of my tongue
Constant and conspicuous but unyielding
A niggling, nagging reminder
Of that which is not yet ready to digest or dissolve
Will simply remain stuck

i have had some tid-bitty inspirations float through my head only to dissolve on impact like snow flake melting on the ground.... missing the flow of words and thought

Thats was quite interesting little write... certainly a very creative way to describe feeling you can't explain or express for unknown reasons.
