human being human

people are poetry,
life is lyrical
the soft sound
of  a defiantly, poignantly, breaking heart
is beyond words,
the art is the attempt to describe
the joy of love, found
discovered and divulged
translation,
a tribute to sighs and cries
not quite captured ever
in verse
beauty is human
our own examination
it's an indulgence in the discovery of
our own intimate questions
an attempt to answer
or defy
ourselves
relating the discovery
is the highest form of narcissistic satiation
define me
equate this
explain me
play with me
relay
insist, resist, just
display you to me
because the poetry
the prose
in the active
or in the repose
is when
one combines and becomes two
a study of me
will now involve you
the dimension thickens
complexity quickens
truest reflection
kiss me
then miss me
love's truest form
the font
from which a love poem is born

I must admit, I had a hard time trying to figure out this poem from the title to the end.
But, as I kept reading and reading over and over it finally enveloped me.
