'Say Something'

I try
And try again
To reach out to you.
Not knowing what to say.
Because it seems to only matter to me.

But I am coming to a point
Where I will no longer try.
I will always care
But I won't always be there.

All I ask is for a hi or hello.
Even a whisper will do
Say something
Before I walk away.

I wanted to be the one for you.
But you remained silent.
I just don't know what to do.
I can't keep waiting for you to
Say something
Anything would do.

So now I stand
Ready to walk away.
Will you reach out
Will you stop me

All you have to do is
Say Something
Before
I give up on you
