The Grand Entry

The Grand Entry

A Poem by Roshin
"

These are some beautiful moments I have when I put on my Robin mask !! Its one of those times when I wonder did I really help or was I helped !!

"
Like any other drive, kids awaited balancing their plates
Sometimes on head , sometimes on waist , sometimes on fingers.
Sometimes behind desolate sheds , sometimes on muddy lane , I was paving my way to them.
Before my eyes could spot the tail of the queue ,
My ears heard the jingles "didi agai didi agai" .
The time I wondered if light really travels faster than sound !
All my brain cells aligned to capture the moment ,
When all infants & toddlers & tiddlers & tweens & teens
Waved their jumpy hands at me ,
Forming a row of binaca smiles shining from afar ,
With an increasing rhythm of the parroting jingles !!
Hugging someone, High fiving someone ,
Snapping with someone , Giggling with someone ,
I wondered who was the One , who received it the most !!
