our farewell

our farewell

A Poem by voice of a dark angel
"

not the greatest of songwritters but here goes....putting my own music to it

"

our farewell

its late and the suns gone down on more than just the world,
its gone down on our love and i think forever now.
i cant cry, cuz i know i dont need you here,
i cant breathe, cuz im still hurting here,
time passes, time changes,
so do you...
chorus:
i thought, that i would need you by me forever
i thought, that i would have you by me forever
i thought, that i wanted to have you by me forever
i found, that i cant have you by me now
i found, that i dont want you by me now
i found, that i dont want to have you by me now

i know that i'll be over this one day,
i know that this is for the best,
that our shared memories are laid to rest.
whatever the world brings for me, i won't ask for you,
when the world brings me someone i hope its someone new.

i thought, that i would need you by me forever
i thought, that i would have you by me forever
i thought, that i wanted to have you by me forever
i found, that i cant have you by me now
i found, that i dont want you by me now
i found, that i dont want to have you by me now.

i tried, to keep us alive,
i tried, but you let us die,
i tried, but im done with trying.
i cried, when you left cuz i felt like dying
i cried, then i remember you lying...
i thought, that i would need you by me forever
i found, that i dont want to have you by me now
i found, that this is our farwell...
