A test of me

Miracles do happen for those who have faith in Him.

Life is indeed mysterious and unpredictable.

Some things are even unbelievable.

To the point that we become so weak,

And tend to forget our lives peak.

I dreamed for the well-being of my family.

Happiness and love continued to be with me.

Until my father's death almost pulled me down,

And my body was helpless lying on the ground.

I promised myself without any hesitations,

To be strong amidst with so much frustrations.

But life was somewhat unfair that time.

As if I've committed an unforgivable crime.

My health became a big problem.

In having a life that was peaceful and solemn.

Unfortunately, I had a brain infection.

Seemed that my whole world gave up due to rejections.

Its been more than fourteen years since that day,

And still hoping for a miracle someday.

There are moments when I still feel useless.

Because I couldn't give my family's total happiness.

I only want the best for them.

They are known to be my life's only gem.

It's painful on my part seeing them suffer.

I'm hoping that one day in my life, I'll be tougher.
