OtherwiseA Poem by Riley BrayI don't need a man to make me happy, but here we are.
Stand your ground alone and independent
And from there watch the world quake. Stomp your shoe into the dust And watch the entire world break. Hold your head nice and proud And puff out that lower lip. Exentuate your abdomen And watch the women tip. Be the bad boy and flash a smile Just enough for a little glimpse See as all society Bows to "the legendary pimp." Or perhaps you can try otherwise, And come along to me, Because you will find I can't be found With the others, at your feet.
