I Bled Herself BackA Poem by Riley BrayCaged, if not for a little while longer.Black charades And inky nightmares Fused with scarlet blood And somber stares Defines the life Of little I As she sits in the window And watches all go awry. She fights and battles With all her might Against the beasts In her twisted mind And to calm herself And silence her rage Little girl I bled herself back And her monster was caged.
