Sick And Wicked

Sick And Wicked

A Poem by Riley Bray
"

The monsters can only be insane.

"
Stale minds and frozen souls
Lacing all from pole to pole
Fighting till they've met their limit
Sitting pretty, the sick and wicked.

True eyes and lying hearts
Have fostered hatred from the start
Whispered gossip and hidden secrets
The virus vineyard, the sick and wicked.

Dead core and thoughtless brawn
Running cruelly on and on
Leaving innocents standing rigid
Evil essence, the sick and wicked.

On their knees, alive and dead
With a trail of all the blood they've bled
Trapped in a life addicted
Its just them, the sick and wicked.

Crying out all in vain
The monsters can only be insane
Lives of which they are the victim
Poor people, the sick and wicked.
