Torn

After a rough day of mixed emotions I turned to the page and put down what was going through my mind after a rough day. Trying to find something to keep me moving forward.

I don't know if I can do this anymore

Never really felt a pain like this before

It seems that all I ever do is try

Enough is enough, I just need to ask why?

It's like things will never be the same

The feelings I have I need to tame

My heart it aches, at the end of every day

When I stare into your eyes, I don't know what to say

On and on the days will go

I'll keep my nose to the grindstone and go with the flow

Try to avoid the occasional glances

Since we work together, I can't risk taking any chances.
