The Old Ones

The Old Ones

A Poem by Jessica Dallaire
"

2004

"

Who are the makers of me?

The mysterious ones

The makers of all that I see

My eternal parents

My partners in crime

The ones who always see me through

The ones who know the real me

They are all that I will ever need

My Lord and my Lady

The ever eternal Goddess and God

You had something very devious going on there, but the gods part in the poem seem to make it bleh. I assume your referencing paganism perhaps. You forgot to add the bloody sacrifices that seemed to have been obliterated from that said religion. I like everything but the last two lines. Keep it up!
