Moonlit Night

Another 2004 poem.

Wrapped in the darkness of the fading night

Your love is the only thing that can keep me alive

Your tender touch, your soft brown eyes

I could look at your forever in the moonlight

You healed the scars of my broken heart

For doing this I hope that we never part

I will love you always, don't you see

You are the one to whom I truely want to be

So with this kiss I say goodbye

And hope that the love we share will never die

I have to laugh at these because I was soooo melodramatic. I didn't love him, not really. I was just so silly!
