Washed Away

Washed Away

A Poem by jdTella

washed away as a

leave in the rain

I live in a train

trundled away

I look away as

the last glint scuttles

behind the wagon walls

finding a way

far away the star

baking the moon for fun

until the rising of the sun

the first day of may

washed away

as a leave in the rain

a snowflake will feign

and melt away
