DANCING IN DREAM TIME


walking in twilight gloaming
where elegant elf lords
dance with wild iris queens
draped in whisky velvet
and crystal lace chiffon
i found a glade
where nasturtiums bubbled
forth like delighted laughter

i dropped to rest
and fell asleep to songs
of dream time dancing
in mystic magic mushroom circles

at dawn i was tickled to wake
in peach rose silk and
nasturtium petal lace
while a fairy prince
finger painted rhythms
of crimsonpearl passion
across my soul
with morning dove song whispering
please, return again with evening
to dream time dance with me...

Such a beauty in nature with those yellow and orange blooms with the big round leaves and the magical setting studded with mushrooms and special little people.
You created your own unique world in this one.

I love those flowers. They are threaded between my giant sunflowers now with squash vines, pepper plants, and petunias here and there.
