love anything written about ghosts....reminds me a bit of the best ghost story (movie) i have seen...a 1944 Movie called The Uninvited, with ray milland and ruth hussey...a haunting tale .....ever see it?

The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947) is a romantic fantasy film starring Gene Tierney and Rex Harrison. It is based on a 1945 novel written by Josephine Leslie ... my favorite ghost movie...i am watching yours this evening as you suggested...thank you for the kind words

"the legend of hell house" is a classic...also...although the remake "the haunting" wasn't done very well.
