for a world filled with laughter abounding

YES, BATTY,“GRAVITY WORKS!”

yes batty, gravity works !!!.
wandering with my
21 year old daughter, desiree
through “out of this world”
an interesting store
in mendocino, filled
with all things
fun and scientific...
we hear a small boy,
“mom , what is gravity?”

i never hear her reply,
my daughter nudging me,
“quick mom, now’s your chance
to answer a scientific question,
take off your clothes and
show us all how gravity works.”
i am afraid she may have
offended the other mother...
i don’t know because i
am laughing so hard
i am crying and
damn near wet myself

yes gravity works, but,
oh lord, my question is,
“ why did you have
to give me “mud flaps”
front and rear.”
still we are in a store
filled with educational
scientific toys, and i notice
a set designed to teach
children the science of
levers, fulcrums and pulleys,

i show this to desiree
“problem solved, i can
get this and then run up the street
to the tattoo parlor and get 2
sets of n****e rings
one for the front
and
one for the rear
i could rig up a pully system
over my shoulders
and b***s n bunns
could balance each other out”

mom, this is a toy store
you can’t be talking about
tits n a*s in here, besides
if you did that you would cause
an earth tremor walking
down the street going
blappada blapplada blappada
the clerk, laughing almost as hard
as we were said some lady
had complained to the manager
so we needed to leave the store

but

if we would go up to the garden café,
he and his boss would love to join us,
in about 15 minutes for
lunch n laughter...
