PELE STIRS

PELE STIRS

A Poem by jeannemarie coulter

PELE STIRS
incorrigible pele stirs  tickling her lava bath
sends hot scent of drifting ash falling
disturbs the unicorn playing in the sea foam
while
far out in the peaceful silken sea
a mermaid sleeps undisturbed
wrapped safely in neptunes protection
teasing sailors across the oceans
with her lustful lush fantasies

This is a nice fanciful poem. Neptune really seems to get around as he gets mentioned in more than his share of poems.I had one lined up for the old water King my self.!
