Enforcing the law is the only thing that should be on an agenda. To serve and protect the only duties are ending violence, theft, and drugs. Alot of people will throw a fit if they can't cheat to get ahead, and that's an emotional appeal that can prevent justice. When all is fair people are placed on a first come first serve basis, and performance determines who's better qualified. Priority goes to people with special needs. All that is what our constitutional rights have been granting us. The true nature of discord in society is preventing malicious conduct. As I sit back in this information age being constantly paged via air conference, and also have my every telepathic notion confirmed by some annoying air conference warning, I realize we live in a technologically sophisticated enough age to prevent malicious conduct. Its the best kept secret. Alot of people are in denial because the communication is all around us. Like when a TV personality answers you in real time. Or when a nat sound camouflages somebody's message to you. We can counter intuitively prevent any deviant thought or behavior the same way. So why does the government slow a single percent of crime rate to develop. Is not the better of man, more important than trying to live a wildlife in captivity sort if speak. If the excuse is it's all for some science or social experiment, you can do better than that. I mean, is it necessary for the entire society to be the subject, and why not just have a place for a small control group to be studied. Some of my suggestions are a sex therapy budget to prevent sex crimes. A bigger hospital budget for the hopeless people who can't get along in a society that has all its nessecities tended to. Last but not least taking that jail budget and investing it to fund jobs for the demographic that would normally occupy a jail space. A beat cop can easily be an outpatient correction officer, minimizing crimes and using the supposed thirty thousand or so dollars that are needed to maintain a prisoner, and putting it in a potential prisoners pocket as a real permanent job he can never lose.
Not enforcing the law is inhumane, and society being a bunch of domesticated animals that's left for the government to take care of is inhumane. We can't look the other way or issue a slap on the wrist we have to enforce laws all the time. We turn on the TV and we see alot of news that doesn't have merrit because there are real life tragedies, like exposing white collared crimes and covering common civil injustices that occur on w regular basis to the average person. We also see alot if people who are the class clown or show off acting maliciously with hostile language, and that's what enables a crime.
With outpatient correction officers there should be no need for bearing arms, meaning stricter gun control.
Fact of the matter is drugs killed less people in a year than alcohol and tobacco, meaning there's probably no reason for alot of things to be illegal. The only real problem is violence, and theft. There's no need to steal if the people elect a government that can supply you're every need. Face the facts, there's so much mass production that everyone can have their wants and we can minimize frivolousness. Which means that protecting the innocent from viokelent offenders and people with questionable mental health issues is a priority. What civil rights history vshiwe is that the mist hanus crimes have been intimidation and assault. Why deny it, segregation is fit for a culturally diverse society. Neighborhoods should indeed keep outside races out, since most of society demonstrates that life is the norm where ever a single ethnicity predominates. People should have a choice, a sector for those who want to be diverse and the mainstream where segregation is the rule. White, black, and Latino communities should be undisturbed by an indeferrent racial element.
The human element is very dynamic, and should be disciplined more. People shouldn't be allowed to walk around like tough guys saying scary or intimidating stuff. Music and cinema for example should be limited because freedom is one thing, but poisoning a mind with a corrupt or dark concept is similar to repeating the mistake of the fall of man to the first temptation. We can learn all we need to know in school about hazard, and crime awareness.
