"A proposition for a better government":

Free world! A free world. Everybody wants a free world, but in a free world a couple of things are necessary: 1. People must behave, 2. The government has to have access to Unlimited resources. I was engaged in conversation when I realized that the only areas of society that need to be restricted are the capitol cities. There the government and the military can be stationed, and the only reason they need to come out of the capitol for is to hit people if they're not behaving. Fair enough. Also, the government should help themselves but not monopolize all the Earth's resources, so that society can be free to live as well by equally having access to resources. What do I mean by free? What I mean is free as in no cost, the way nature intended. Just hard work needed to build and operate society, including free education free to settle and free to access the consumer market. What's needed is probably the introduction of a new law saying 'if one produces it he must distribute it gratuitously without discrimination.
