Time Ends With a Bang

It was meant to be a song, but the lines got longer. I still think it's a song.

 

I saw evil falling from the sky

Speak of the devil and he’ll burn your eyes

The air is now getting sharp and heavy

Pack your sins boy, you better get ready

 

Today blood hails down from the heavens

Put your doubts away into the crevice

The angels now scream out into the face

Of the ghosts that will viciously eat this place

 

Thunder moves mountains above our heads

Humanity holds back with useless threads

The ground comes alive with our worst fears

The black so deep it drowns our tears

 

The world now rages and explodes

Your greed caused reality to erode

Does your soul burn? Does your blood boil?

Heaven’s anger will bury you so deep into the soil

 

These dark soldiers parade the streets

Our deadly silence screams defeat

Tomorrow is here and tomorrow won’t come

The gates have closed and abandoned everyone.
