A broken Song of Flowers

A broken Song of Flowers

A Poem by Jaxter_Nick
"

same as the poem I posted before this one, 5am, far too creative, cant find pillow...

"

You were a flower dancing in the winds,
And I couldn't take you,
For I had no hands,
My soul reached out,
But was unseen,
As I stood lonely.

Seeping out of the darkness,
My hand appeared,
But I was too late,
You were too far gone,
My soul too weak,
To reach out further,
My mind to scared to scream.

In the daylight, new hopes blossom, some so simple,
They never mourn,
Some so weak,
They merely die,
I will wither,
Until my next bloom,
Then I will blossom and move beyond you.

The flowers hands refer to willpower, nothing here is literal, it is meant to convey emotion and understanding.
