The Tunnel

In this dark world of despair,

At the tunnel, blackness, beware,

We always gaze onward, towards the future

Fix our wounds with hope’s last suture.

Towards the end our mind revives thoughts,

How we always prayed, always fought.

But finally we see life’s true meaning,

The journey, the peace, and the feeling.

Our worlds appear to clear up and renew.

And we see The One, a blinding hue.

Engulfed with redemption’s eternal light,

We come together, our world becomes bright.
