I miss you Jesus

I miss you Jesus

A Poem by Kermit Gildersleeve

I missed you Jesus,

Your name upon my lips,

Feeling the pulse of your spirit in my heart,

Why did you leave me

My Brother?

The Son of our Father?

You left me parched

To die in the desert

of my own doing,

Why?

Or did I leave You?

Did I leave You beconing

To chase my fever dreams?

Can I come back?

This is awesome. So often we walk away and think it is not our fault but God left us. Its hard to think we can come back sometimes...
