You sit there
In class Alone In the corner. Your head Is down Eyes closed Like you're shutting out the pain. You are As still as a statue, Don't make a sound Pretend you don't exist. But I know Deep down You long to be running Away from the pain, the pressure, the sadness. I know You think you see Only in black. But don't forget That even black Has shades of gray.
