The Odyssey of a RiverA Poem by StruckByLightningI wrote this poems as an "inspirer" to pick you up if you are feeling down. It is to remind you that everyone can have the strength of a river.
The river silently flows
across hills, plains, and mountains. A forlorn journey toward the sea as the blue blood of the land. It must have tripped over ten million boulders, yet it chuckles and races on without another thought. It must have stumbled over a hundred thousand waterfalls, yet it picks itself up from the ground and continues onward to the sea. But once it reaches the safety of its haven, it will not pause for a single breath. Instead it leaps back to the start and restarts its voyage again. Now what surprises me most is how the river with its countless suffers and errors can still find the strength to go on.
