Beyond Oblivion

Beyond Oblivion

A Poem by Jarrai
"

A bit of a trip written in some fashion.

"

          Sunsets' sorrow will sing

     Her incandescence

slowly

        fading.

                     Leaving us stranded in this

        frozen abyss.

    The sting of temptation

Engraves scars that last until the stars,

                 Come sky-clad and burning.

Counter Clock-wise rotations

The stop watch turning

Seconds till the hour screams out our fate

                       Watch!

Before this illusion eludes once again

Escaping our grasp as it always has,

Always will, left in plain sight

Look at how weak we allow ourselves to be!

Enslaved by desire, tricked by our senses.

Now is the time to relinquish our fears,

Now is the time to correct our failings,

                       Now!

Come with me, dear friend,

Sink

      deeper,

                 and deeper,

                                  and descend until the end.

Desert all you know

And enter, this rebellious wavelength,

       A hyper-dimensional geometric matrix,

             This omega point

The realm beyond the doors of perception

              Beyond Oblivion

I wrote this poem off the top after experiencing salvia with a friend, to suggest that this is plagiarism is quite honestly dishonest bollocks.
