The words she spoke Where not hers The thoughts she thought Where only hers Her life was his Her safety was questionable Her emotions hide Disguised in appearance Offered to please Acceptance wanted For the fear That haunts her thoughts Life is special A gift Never to be taken Or stifled Abused Used They’re both The same Destruction Of a life Needed to live Who forgives Where life fails So does love Echoes of silence Screamed in regret A renewal Broken Piercingly thru Isolation once again @JRB Not I © 2012 JRBReviews
