Release my soul

Release my soul

A Chapter by JRB

So The ultimate cause For love

"

So
The ultimate cause
For love
Is created
By separation

The ultimate goal
Is being brought back
Together as one
Under circumstances
Unheard of

Causing
What love hopes
Is a reunion
Between
Two souls

Or
Even
The greater
Between two spirits

Much like the waters
Held within the heavens
It is a life-giving force
That even reaches
Beyond death
As we know it to be

I have thought of you
As another person,
Yet in realit
I believe that you
Maybe
Rather
The other half
Of my existence
Its experience

That part of me
That divided
From my existence
During those moments
Of separation
It was in those moments
When the experience
Of this anxiety
Became my other half

For it was
In that moment
When I emerged
From the atmosphere
Of life’s essences
And life’s ways
During
That same moment
As did you

Just perhaps tonight
I shall find dreams
Much sweeter than
Those dreams
Of my awakening
Now that I have
You
In my thoughts

All that seems left
Is to have you
In my heart
My world
And
In my life

When the violence of my feelings becomes heavy on my heart and unlocks the treasury of thought, then, just maybe, my love will follow my heart and signal my mind to release my soul to engulf yours.
