The mysteries behind her existence,A Poem by JRBWhat are either good or evil, acts of action
Surrounded
by
Those
everlasting uncertainties
That
haunt
Those
inner hours of reflection
In
those moments
Of
doubt
She
carries within her being
Of
contemplation
Equally,
In
her inner confusion
She
calls life
Reality
suppressed by fantasy
She
left my inner soul
Emotionally
feeling like a phantom
Not
yet departed
From
this world
Nevertheless
Thunderstruck
In
my communication
Towards
my life
Harding
my soul
Deadening
my spirit
While
offering
Only
years
Of hurting
To
pursue
Without
restraint
As my existence with my experience
Are
jointly seeking
To
shed those
Shackles
of disenchantment
Now
being carried
Thru
the halls of my own discontent
While
I am wavering,
Between
what is factual
Moreover,
connecting what is deceptive
So
I ask, myself, will time
Have
the influence to reveal The love she tried to pilfer
