Secret Temple

Secret Temple

A Poem by Jane Mika
"

Up to interpretation...

"
There's a door
At the end of the tunnel,
Beyond the darkness of this cave,
I can see the light,
As it whispers softly through the night,
Come inside...

There's a sound,
A rhythm of light,
Beating through the ground beneath,
I can hear it,
As it calls through the night,
Come inside...

There where they pray, together
All the words unsaid,
All the deeds undone,
Wishes and hopes,
Fears and dreams.
There where they sacrifice,
The love that dies to live,
And give, love to live a new life.

Sounds like either a near death experience or the secret place of the Most High. Either way, I dig it, especially the last verse.
