Love Knows

A dream is an echo flying straight
from deep inside my heart
of a neverending love song
that happened at the start

My dreams are filled in winter
and the fall, summer and spring
and my heart knows what love is
from the sweetest words you sing

All my life I've made wishes
on stars each and every night
I would pick one from the sky
that would be twinkling bright

Always hoping to find someone
who could make my heart glow
so my love, we have the answer
in our hearts where only love flows
