The Warmth of a Whisper

What is that little tickle
that warmth around my soul
I feel it ever near me
and makes my heart glow

Sometimes it shines so brightly
like a diamond in the sky
I know it has to be
that special twinkle in your eye

Whenever I see a feather
floating in the breeze
or hear a wind chime tinkling
I think of how you please

Softly whispered words
that tug gently at my heart
embrace me with a serenity
that you're spirit will never depart
