Slips out of your hands
Can stop as quickly as it began

To create
Love
On
Demand

It can be
Absolutely devastating
When it disappears
Or when it is banked on
And turns into
Fools gold

There is no rhyme or reason
It may bloom for a day
Or take a lifetime to unfold
Love
Is what many
Would sacrifice
All else for
Seek the globe for
And sometimes
Die for
