Eleventh Hour Vigil
My life has been peeled away to my body's core exposing skin stretched over bare bones Although the nurses hold my hand and love ones weep I must walk this path alone my tenacious vitality which saw me through the roller coaster challenges of life no longer visit me I hold on by a poof of air through my lungs This earthly shell is cracking and falling away so my spirit can be released set free © 2014 jane7z |
