Eternity in Fleshly CasesA Poem by jane7z
We have eternity framed in such
frail fleshly cases An ill wind pushes us in our place for a while The wind can't blow out the pilot light that is our soul until it's time for us to move on My casing is so fragile lately time to ponder and reflect the breathless incandescence that is our lives fleeting memories making up that time velvetfuzzydaze whoosh it's gone in a haze as the hands of our life clock wind down in the quiet of my illness enforced inactivity stillness there is no fear for what will come only an anticipation of a new life situation all of the lessons in that time to be learned © 2013 jane7zFeatured Review
