SpringA Poem by jane7zSoothing sweet Springnight air awaiting the arrival of Summer All of nature except the boisterous frogs ribbiting bass melody winding down for rest haze of dusk blankets the fever of the day a festive atmosphere echoed in the bright hues of the flora and the rich emerald grass enhanced by the rainfall heady excitement to find a mate an awakening of winter hearts thawed to the possibility of love again the infant fauna prancing around the verdant fields long legs wobbling ever endearing catching their stance stilled as they slumber nestled next to their mothers as the warmth of night overtakes the land © 2013 jane7z |
