especially all the obsessive compulsives

take your arm and yank it -scribble really quickly

don't you dare fix it

Lose one game on purpose.

play to win  put on your poker face 

but at the end lose and laugh

watch the amazement of those around you.

especially the supercompetitive humans always striving and pushing and shoving to

show that you are the

alpha people.

we believe you

you are the stuff

Tell a total stranger something nice

when you are walking down the street

it can be very simple, sweet, uplifting

especially if it comes from sincerity

i dare you all you shy people out there.

step out of your inwardness and tell someone they look beautiful

you like their tie

wow can i look like you or sing like you when i grow up

watch them beam

watch them smile and radiate then see how you feel

great joy.

everyday get out of  yourself and feel

even when life is pressing you down

push it up and out

like a set of weights upon you

bench press it

expand all those things that are good in you

that simple stepping out of your box

coloring out of the lines in a rather simple way

makes a difference

pretty soon you will color out of bigger lines

it isn't those who follow and that are regimented that change the world

it is those who brave outside of themselves dare to do different to think what if

it takes guts

free the sorrow

put away bitterness that will eat up any good intentions

taking a chance on being wrong

looking like a fool

failing trying and sometimes failing again

pick yourself up

brush yourself off

and start all over again.
