The Sunset

I wrote this in fourth grade. I found a poetry book from then that had this poem in it in storage. I hope you all like it, leave good reviews, rate up, and, most of all, enjoy yourself reading it!!

The sunset is a rainbow,

All smeared with water,

And it speaks to the whole world,

Every cousin, son and daughter.

 

"I want you to sleep now,

Go off, run to bed,

Find your deepest melody,

And lay your little head."

 

"Tomorrow is a brand new day,

Just for you to create,

Now do what a bear does best,

Run off and hibernate."
