Daddy, you're too late

Daddy, you're too late

A Poem by jami

You were always my father,
I'll give you that,
But it takes someone special to be a daddy,
And you can't.

you've hurt me everyday,
and stripped me of my life,
taken away my childhood
and watched me fall for the knife

I tried to be good,
you weren't there,
so now its my fault?
you didn't care

Well neither do I,
Its over, they know now, im done
have fun in jail they'll still catch you,
no matter how fast you run.
