Friends forever

This poem is for two of my friends who helped me during a hard time in my life.

Friends are always there for you

They are there to help you make it through

To always be by your side

To take your side in a fight

They bring umbrellas everyday

To shield you from the snow and rain

To help you avoid from being led astray

To help you up from all the sorrow and pain

Friends will always be with you

Until the very end

Count on them to always be true

Until the sun in your life finally sets
