This ManA Poem by JamieA poem of injustice. This life has been taken, Through prejudice and strife, This man long forgotten, So his children and his wife.
These whips tear his skin, But never his soul, The overseers seek justice, Yet this man has always been whole.
This man wears black, Yet his soul bleeds anger and fright, Curse him as they do, They both dread the night. © 2014 JamieAuthor's Note
