I lost 600 FIFA 16 points

EA support is absolutely atrocious. Live chat barely ever works, and the people you speak to on the phone are like robots. They don't even understand phonetics and know nothing about the game.

Other day I tried to unlink my XBL gamertag from an origin account, seems simple enough, right? Wrong. Turns out that to unlink it you have to ring up, which kinda pissed me off but I figured it wouldn't be too much of a hassle. The first time I called, I told the advisor my fut 16 coins, he then said he'd transfer me to a different department and I was left on hold for an hour, I eventually hung up. 

The second guy was slightly more intelligent, in that he understood my problem and wanted to fix it. However he didn't understand phonetics, so telling him my account information was a nightmare. After about 20 minutes of saying my email address over and over, I finally gave in and hung up. Apparently there was no way to email him the details and it had to be done over the phone. The third guy just straight up told me that the account couldn't be unlinked, even though I've spoke to numerous people who've done it and some of other advisors were willing to do it for me. He asked for the case ID of the advisor that told me that it was possible, but I just hung up.

It just irritates me how there's no easy way to fix things with EA. Things that shouldn't even be a problem always require you to contact an advisor. I mean, how many different companies make you ring up the support just so you can unlink a gamertag from your account?

Their Twitter support is just the same automated s**t, linking you to their contact us page. I just want the ability to e-mail them with my problem, and then to at least try and fix it, or tell me why it can't be fixed. I've tried to call them about seven different times now, but always a different problem. The wait times are always very long too which doesn't really help. Ive kinda gave up on trying to fix it at this point, but if anyone has some advice that'd be greatly appreciated.

Even if PES is better in gameplay, the fact that they used the last-gen version of their engine for the PC version while advertising current-gen graphics/etc (look at the screenshots on the steam store, then check actual PC screenshots) is inexcusable. It would take no additional effort (possible exaggeration, but I can guarantee it would take very little extra work to do, if any) to compile the PC version with the current-gen engine, they were just too lazy to do so.

I just don't agree that it's better. Bought pes 14 because I prefer passing and possession to pace whoring and I thought it'd be my game, it's not nearly as good. It just doesn't feel as smooth with fifa ultimate team coins, I don't know what they do at EA but they seem to make the game flow in a way that releases all that dopamine in your brain. It's the same with pes 15, it just doesn't feel nearly as good to score an incredible goal in that as it does in Fifa. Fifa is basically crack.
