Silence.

Silence.

A Poem by JAM

All this stress is bringin’ you down
Down below were the sound drowns
Out everything, the silence is golden
So freeze it and own it
Don’t let the sanctity go along with the flow
Leaving you out of the know, buckled in chains
Locked away, like the rolling stone records you couldn’t play
Your mom stored ‘em up because they infected her space
Her quiet time she takes to meditate, she takes to estimate
The amount of energy to undertake for your life tomorrow to operate
That scene is behind closed curtains, you’re not let in to see
How uneasy your life could be if she just decided one day to let you be
And took that sound we talked about for her drowning
For her own reviving
Is this all just noise to you or are you vibing
off of what I’m messaging
Let this noise just etchANDsketch it’s way into your silence
Golden or not, it’s left to be taken and stolen, you let it go

don’t you feel a little chokin’ now that your sanity is broken.
