If I went the extra mile to see you physically smile

Regret from using the love in my heart

If I opened up you could have been the queen of my heart

When it comes to you I’m full of what ifs

I never had a chance to hold your hand or rub your feet

I missed the chance to explore romance

Freshmen to sophomore, you could have been so much more

Junior to senior, sixteen candles, everything so tender

Since I messed us up, nothing left, an endless winter

A soft spoken hero, who won the affection of a Virgo, that’s who I was

A class clown in love with a girl focused on school

Even then I broke every rule; I wasn’t as complex

I wasn’t that hard to get

Summer nights phone to my head, you were the only one who cared I went M.I.A and wasn’t dead

Summer nights holding the pillow in my bed, wishing for you instead

Back then I was known as Slim and I called her Red

The last text messages hurt

I lost the girl I never told I loved

Nothing is quite the same, I lost my friend

I ended up lost, and turned to sin

It’s clear; I remember back then cell phone number known by heart

The long hair reaching beyond your back

Second chance came, I was crazy, childish

The dance I did only left me atop your feet

No longer in my life, I never forgot you, you changed my life

Maybe with you, my life would be right

The real me, we both use to see

I miss my angel, on top of my a*s if I didn’t say my prayers or go to church

I miss your extra pounds it made you thick

Then you lost it, you’ve become downright gorgeous

I thank you

In alternate world I know you would be the one

Fulfilling your promises and never leaving

Although absent from my contacts, you make up a piece of my heart

What you have done, exceeds more than words

You were the last, but your whales of love are forever heard

I like this a lot. In my opinion, the best kind of writing is the kind that can make its readers feel the emotion the writer is putting into it. I've read a few of your poems, and each one could do that.
