Hypocrisy, religion, and an ex-prime minister

This was in response to a FaceBook post by FamilyVoice Australia "Christianity is the greatest shaper of Australia, says John Howard"

Get a life Mr. Howard! If you have nothing post-Neolithic to say then can you please restrain your verbal diarrhoea and opinions to your Sunday sermons where the general populous doesn't have to contemplate the sound of your ignorant hypocrisies. Do I need to remind you “The Tampa?!” (The children overboard incident) You! Are the Prime Minister that ran an entire election exploiting the misery of other human beings and dispossessed families! What about our involvement in the 2nd Gulf War! Where according to IBC there were, between 97,461 and 106,348 Iraqis civilians killed up until July 2010. You talk of family units? What of the families units that you helped destroy by our involvement in a war that was based on false truths and fabrication!? By these two actions alone you have desanctified the god that you claim to preach and the man that was crucified on the cross in your name. You Mr. Howard tarnished the name of every Australian in this country! If that is your definition of Christianity and your values, then I want no part of it!
